Mr. Fendler is second generation owner who learned the construction industry starting as a laborer and working his way up to President. He has served the Savage community through roles in Junior Chamber, Chamber of Commerce, and City Council, including three terms as Mayor.
John PattersonVice President
Mr. Patterson brings over 20 years of project management leadership to Fendler Patterson clients. With background in both design and construction, John can guide your project from preliminary site planning through city approvals, construction, and issuance of your Certificate of Occupancy.
Lee MonsonProject Manager
With extensive experience in all phases of the construction process, Mr. Monson can manage projects through design, permitting, construction, and Certificate of Occupancy. He takes pride in delivering projects within budget, on schedule, and to the owner’s complete satisfaction.
Jacob HaskinsProject Manager
Mr. Haskins is a former veteran who served dealing with many aspects of heavy equipment. Additionally, he holds a degree in Bachelor of Science, Construction Management and has been involved with construction related careers since 2002.
Mike GardingProject Manager
Mr. Garding joined Fendler Patterson in 2017. He takes pride in delivering projects within timelines, budgets and ensures that the final product is completed with satisfaction with all parties involved. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science, Operations Management. His personal approach to projects ensures customer satisfaction each and every time.
Cory JonesProject Manager
Mr. Jones joined Fendler Patterson in 2018 bringing over 20 years construction experience working for a general contractor. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from UW Stout. He enjoys working directly with the owners from their initial concept design through their grand opening. Following a project from start to finish ensures Mr. Jones that he can pay attention to every detail and deliver a project on time and within budget to the customer.
David CookProject Engineer
Mr. Cook joined the Fendler Patterson team in 2016 and is currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota pursuing a degree in Construction Management with an emphasis in Commercial Construction Management. David is dedicated to providing clients with a professional, detailed approach in all aspects of the project from start to completion.
Emily ForsOffice Manager
Ms. Fors has been with Fendler Patterson for 13 years, working her way up from receptionist to now bookkeeper and office manager. Ask anyone at Fendler Patterson who the most valuable person in the office is and they’ll point to Emily.
Duane DeppaLead Superintendent
After beginning his career as a carpenter, Mr. Deppa has worked as a project superintendent for nearly 30 years, including 10 years with Fendler Patterson. His extensive construction experience spans a vast range of projects types, enabling him to lead with confidence and foresight.
