  • Rob Fendler


    Mr. Fendler is second generation owner who learned the construction industry starting as a laborer and working his way up to President. He has served the Savage community through roles in Junior Chamber, Chamber of Commerce, and City Council, including three terms as Mayor.

  • John Patterson

    Vice President

    Mr. Patterson brings over 20 years of project management leadership to Fendler Patterson clients. With a strong background in both design and construction, John can guide your project from preliminary site planning through city approvals, construction, and issuance of your Certificate of Occupancy.

  • Lee Monson

    Senior Project Manager

    With extensive experience in all phases of the construction process, Mr. Monson can manage projects through design, permitting, construction, and Certificate of Occupancy. He takes pride in delivering projects within budget, on schedule, and to the owner’s complete satisfaction.

  • Jacob Haskins

    Project Manager

    Mr. Haskins is a veteran of the US Marine Corps and while serving, dealt with many aspects of heavy equipment. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and has worked in the industry since 2002.

  • Mike Garding

    Project Manager

    Mr. Garding joined Fendler Patterson in 2017.  Taking a personal approach, he delivers projects within timelines and budgets, ensuring each project’s completion to the satisfaction of all parties involved.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from St. Cloud State University.

  • Cory Jones

    Project Manager

    Mr. Jones joined Fendler Patterson in 2018, bringing with him over 20 years of experience working for a general contractor. He enjoys working directly with owners from the initial concept design through the grand opening, and his attention to detail ensures each project is delivered on time and within budget.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from UW Stout.

  • David Cook

    Project Engineer

    Mr. Cook joined the Fendler Patterson team in 2016 and dedicated to providing clients with a professional, detailed approach in all aspects of a project. From start to finish, he navigates the moving parts of each project with skill and tenacity. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in Commercial Construction Management.

  • Doug Weis

    Project Engineer

    Mr. Weis is a veteran in the United States Navy by working specifically with Tomahawk Missile Teams. He joined Fendler Patterson in 2018 and has over 4 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer. He obtained an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota. Doug ensures client satisfaction by providing exceptional project management on every job.

  • Benjamin Schlader

    Project Engineer

    Mr. Schlader joined Fendler Patterson in 2018 as a Project Engineer.  With over 5 years of experience in Project Management and over 10 years in Business Development, he is committed to exceeding client expectations using a direct and transparent approach. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from Concordia University.

  • Emily Morrissey

    Office Manager & Accounting Department

    Mrs. Morrissey has been with Fendler Patterson for 13 years, working her way up from receptionist to now bookkeeper and office manager. Ask anyone at Fendler Patterson who the most valuable person in the office is and they’ll point to Emily.

  • Lindsey Brown

    Marketing Coordinator | Project Assistant

    Ms. Brown has over 7 years of experience in the commercial construction industry and prides herself on strong, transparent relationships with clients, trade partners and design team members alike.  She joined the Fendler Patterson team in 2018 and currently resides at the Tenant Improvement office in downtown Minneapolis. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Olaf College.

  • Duane Deppa

    Lead Superintendent

    After beginning his career as a carpenter, Mr. Deppa has worked as a project superintendent for nearly 30 years, including 10 years with Fendler Patterson. His extensive construction experience spans a vast range of projects types, enabling him to lead with confidence and foresight.
