Mr. Fendler is second generation owner who learned the construction industry starting as a laborer and working his way up to President. He has served the Savage community through roles in Junior Chamber, Chamber of Commerce, and City Council, including three terms as Mayor.

Mr. Patterson brings over 20 years of project management leadership to Fendler Patterson clients. With background in both design and construction, John can guide your project from preliminary site planning through city approvals, construction, and issuance of your Certificate of Occupancy.
Bryan BarlageProject Manager
Mr. Barlage provides Fendler Patterson project teams with extensive construction experience as a project engineer and project manager. He prides himself on his professional and personal approach to all aspects of construction process.
Adam BeeschProject Manager
Bringing background in both design and construction, Mr. Beesch guides projects through all aspects of the construction process. His extensive background and professional approach to every project ensures that the final product is successful.
Lee MonsonProject Manager
With extensive experience in all phases of the construction process, Mr. Monson can manage projects through design, permitting, construction, and Certificate of Occupancy. He takes pride in delivering projects within budget, on schedule, and to the owner’s complete satisfaction.
Matt PoppleProject Manager
Mr. Popple began his career in architecture before becoming a construction project manager in 2014. Thanks to Matt’s personal approach, organizational skills, and follow through, you can be certain your project will be a success.
Jacob HaskinsProject Manager
Mr. Haskins is a former veteran who served dealing with many aspects of heavy equipment. Additionally, he holds a degree in bachelor of science, construction management and has been involved with construction related careers since 2002.
David CookProject Engineer
Mr. Cook joined the Fendler Patterson team in 2016 and is currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota pursuing a degree in Construction Management with an emphasis in Commercial Construction Management. David is dedicated to providing clients with a professional, detailed approach in all aspects of the project from start to completion.

Ms. Fors has been with Fendler Patterson for 12 years, working her way up from receptionist to now bookkeeper and office manager. Ask anyone at Fendler Patterson who the most valuable person in the office is and they’ll point to Emily.
Leah VoelkerAdministrative Assistant
Ms. Voelker joined Fendler Patterson in 2016 providing administrative supportive to all team members. Her organizational skills and hard work help each member of the office and field staff to ensure a job well done.
Duane DeppaLead Superintendent
After beginning his career as a carpenter, Mr. Deppa has worked as a project superintendent for nearly 30 years, including 10 years with Fendler Patterson. His extensive construction experience spans a vast range of projects types, enabling him to lead with confidence and foresight.
