About Us
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects through all phases of construction
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently
- Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions
- Lead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations
- Support and mentor project engineers and junior team members
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability throughout the life of the project
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience working for a General Contractor required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred OR
Technical School degree with equivalent industry experience - Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
- Ability to independently manage projects and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

SALARY RANGE: $90,000-$130,000 + Bonus
