We’re looking for a Superintendent who takes ownership, communicates proactively, runs organized projects, and
takes pride in delivering quality work safely and professionally.

Position Overview

The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations and serve as the on-site leader responsible for keeping projects safe, organized, and moving forward. This role works closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, and field teams from mobilization through closeout

Key Responsibilities

• Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors
• Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites
• Managing schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planning
• Partnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project
lifecycle
• Conducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks
• Proactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problems
• Managing project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field
coordination
• Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughly
• Supporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion

Qualifications

• Commercial construction field experience required
• Superintendent experience preferred, but not required
• Union Journeyman Carpenter background strongly preferred
• Candidates with carpentry leadership experience looking to transition into a superintendent role are encouraged
to apply
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety practices, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and general construction technology platforms
• OSHA certification preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record

Salary Range of $90,000-$130,000 + Bonus
